Lily Rabe

 American actress Lily Rabe. Her many roles in the FX horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021) are among her most famous. She was awarded an Tony Award nomination for Best Actress for a Play for her performance in The Merchant of Venice. Film credits include What Just Happened (2008), All Good Things (2010) The Pawn Sacrifice (2014), Miss Stevens (2016), Golden Exits (2017), Vice (2018), Fractured (2019) and The Tender Bar (2021). In the television world, Rabe also appeared in the series The Whispers (2015), The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2021) and The First Lady (2022). Rabe made her debut on screen in 2001 alongside Jill Clayburgh, Rabe's mother. Her stage debut professional was performed at the Gloucester Stage Company in Massachusetts, where she starred again alongside her mother. She was in two one-act plays, Speaking Well of the Dead by Israel Horovitz as well as The Crazy Girl by Frank Pugliese. These roles were able to confer her Equity Card. She was back with the Gloucester Stage Company in July 2003 to appear in Proof by David Auburn. In 2003, she appeared also in the film Mona Lisa Smile. After she graduated, she moved back home to New York. Deirdre O'Connor's White Jesus was her first-act play. It was part of a play series called The Democracy Project, presented by the Naked Angels Theater Company.
